Crime: Eight Car Break-Ins in Two Days

Multiple reports of vehicle tampering surfaced from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office June 11-12 at Crew Square, Colstfoot Terrace and Ferncliff Terrace in Ashburn.

At the 20100 block of Crew sq. in Ashburn, unknown subject(s) reportedly entered a vehicle and removed jewelry and personal documents. The deputy later discovered two more vehicles were entered, though owners of the vehicles said nothing was reported missing. The incident was first reported June 11 at 8:30 p.m.

At the 20000 block of Colstfoot Ter. in Ashburn, unknown subject(s) entered a vehicle and rummaged through the interior, reportedly taking cash from a wallet and discarding it nearby. Three other vehicles were entered in the area but nothing was reported missing. The incident was reported June 12 at 12:01 a.m.

A similar incident occurred at the 44000 block Ferncliff Ter. in Ashburn, where unknown subject(s) entered a vehicle and removed a wallet and its contents. This incident was first reported June 11 at 9:00 p.m.
