Crime Report: Unsecured Bicycles Stolen, Egg 'Missiles' Hurled

Incidents from the past week as reported by the Loudoun Sheriff's Dulles South Station.

Several unsecured bicycles being taken from community pools this week, according to crime reports from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Dulles South Station.

Two bicycles were taken on the afternoon of July 1 from a pool on Greenstone Drive. The theft occurred between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. On the afternoon of July 5, also between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., a Specialized bicycle was reported taken from a pool on Parish Street.

  • Larceny: A kitchen sink faucet and a shower diverter were reported taken from two homes under construction on the 25100 block of Fluvial Terrace between 2:30 p.m. July 2 and 7 a.m. July 5.
  • Missile At a Dwelling: Eggs were thrown at a residence on the 25800 block of Flintonbridge Drive between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m. July 6.
  • Auto Theft: A trailer was reported taken from a residence on the 43300 block of Old Ox Road at 4:24 p.m. July 6.
