Decker, 21 at the time of her disappearance, was five months pregnant when she was last seen on Jan. 29, 2011, at the apartment she was planning to move out of. She had just returned a few weeks earlier from a trip with her estranged husband (a soldier in the National Guard) and child (who is now three years old). She lived in Ashburn with Ronald Roldan, of Centreville, who investigators said is the last known person to have seen Decker. She vanished seemingly without a trace: there has been no activity on her bank accounts, cell phone or email. Investigators said that she did not leave the country.

On Feb. 19, 2011, her grandparents found her car at the apartment, and reported her missing. Authorities have not identified a suspect or a crime related to Decker.
