Firearms Charge Follows Bar Dispute
Deputies arrived at the Ashburn Village incident before fight escalated.
Deputies charges Ayaz A. Memon, 25, of Ashburn, with disorderly conduct and brandishing a firearm and they responded to complaints at a restaurant in Ashburn Village.
According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, reports came in around 2:20 a.m. Jan. 17 of an intoxicated man with gun at the restaurant. The investigation revealed that the suspect was arguing with someone when he left the business and returned to the side door with a firearm.
Memon was released on $2,500 bond. A second male was charged with drunk in public.
