Indecent Exposure Arrest on W&OD Trail

Sterling man arrested Tuesday afternoon, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A Sterling man allegedly exposed himself to a female runner on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

At around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to the area of Pacific Boulevard and the W&OD Trail. The victim told police that she was running on the trail when she noticed a man on his bicycle. The man passed her and then turned around and passed again before stopping.

The victim told deputies that the man then exposed himself, according to a Sheriff's Office release. The suspect was then reportedly located and identified.

Jeremy P. Osinski, 40, of Sterling, was charged with indecent exposure. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
