Juvenile Skateboarders Approached by Suspicious Man at Legacy Park Elementary
Two juvenile females were skateboarding in the Legacy Park Elementary School parking lot when a man reportedly appeared and ran after them.
Two juvenile females were reportedly skateboarding in the Legacy Park Elementary School parking lot when a male suspect appeared and began to run after them. The victims say they ran from the area and returned home.
The incident occurred July 18 at 9 p.m. on Legacy Park Drive in Ashburn.
The suspect (unknown race) is described as 6'2" with a muscular build and a distinctive limp. He was reportedly wearing all black sweatpants and a hoodie.
