Larceny From Cars Among Latest Incidents
Check out this week's update from the Loudoun Sheriff's Office South Station.
A series of thefts from and damage to vehicles continued during the past week, with several reports from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office South Station. In addition, a bicycle was taken from a pool on Parish Street.
- Destruction of Property: A rear window was damaged on a vehicle on the 25400 block of Exart Terrace between 1 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. May 26.
- Larceny: Forty-five concrete forms were reported taken from a construction site on the 42600 block of Windflower Drive between 6 p.m. May 26 and 8 a.m. May 27.
- Destruction of Property: A window screen was reported damaged by having an egg thrown at it on the 42600 block of Legacy Park Drive between 9 p.m. May 25 and 8 a.m. May 27.
- Larceny: A wallet was reported taken from an unlocked vehicle on the 22900 block of Carters Farm Lane between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. May 28.
- Larceny: A bicycle was reported taken from a swimming pool on the 43400 block of Parish Street between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. May 29.
- Destruction of Property: A side mirror was reported damaged on a vehicle on the 22500 block of Orchard Grass Terrace at 1 p.m. May 30.
- Larceny: A purse was reported taken from an unlocked vehicle on the 43000 block of John Mosby Highway between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. May 30.
- Destruction of Property: A crane was reported damaged at a construction site on the corner of Belmont Ridge Road and Myan Gold Drive between 1 p.m. May 27 and 6:30 a.m. May 31.
- Larceny: Copper wire was reported taken from a construction site in the area of Oine Forest Drive and Avonlea Drive between 5 p.m. May 29 and 7:30 a.m. May 31.
- Larceny: Water valves were reported taken from a construction site in the area of Morning Walk Road and Rising Moon between 2 p.m. May 27 and 6 a.m. May 31.
- Larceny: Water valves were reported taken from a construction site in the area of Morning Walk Road and Winter Haven between 3:30 p.m. May 31 and 6:10 a.m. Jun 1.
