All camps run Monday through Friday with morning (8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.) and afternoon (12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.) sessions during the following dates:

  • June 24 – June 28
  • July 8 – July 12
  • July 15 – July 19

The camps, which take place at Evergreen Mill Elementary in Leesburg, allow children who are entering kindergarten and first grade to learn various safety lessons including fire safety, bicycle safety and 911 emergencies. Throughout the week children will meet law enforcement officers and see public safety vehicles firsthand.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Services first offered the camps in 1988 and have continued every summer.
