Loudoun Jury Recommends 13 Years in Sterling Robbery

A Loudoun County jury has recommended 13 years for Marquis Vasciannie, 20, of Maryland, who jurors found guilty of robbery, abduction and two counts of use a firearm in the commission of a felony. 

The case was related to a December 2012 incident in the Countryside.

Final sentencing by Loudoun Circuit Court Judge Burke F. McCahill is set for July 19.
