Loudoun Man Wanted on Outstanding Warrants

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has requested assistance from the public in tracking down a suspect wanted on three warrants.

Investigators want to speak with Ryan Blaine Williams, 31, who has ties to the Leesburg and Ashburn areas, about the July 2012 assault and battery of a female friend. There are also two criminal capias warrants out for Williams, who also goes by the names Riz and Hope.

Anyone with information about Williams’ location is asked to call the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475. Callers wishing to remain anonymous are asked to call Loudoun Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919.
