Police: Man Shot Dead After Argument With Roommate
Sterling incident overnight, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Loudoun County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the shooting death of a Sterling man overnight Sunday morning.
At 12:45 a.m., officers were called to the scene at 45500 Trestle Terrace, according to Loudoun County spokesperson Liz Mills.
The shooting reportedly occurred after two roommates were involved in an altercation, Mills said in a statement.
One of the men was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Sheriff's Office reports that all parties involved have been identified and there is no threat to the community.
Names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
