Police: Restaurant Robbed by Man with Knife

Helicopter and K9s used in search for suspect, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The Hong Kong Café was robbed late Thursday by an unknown suspect, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The search for the suspect near the restaurant at 43700 Parkhurst Plaza included a K9 unit and assistance from the Fairfax County Police Department helicopter.

Restaurant employees told police that an unknown man entered the restaurant at 9:51 p.m. He displayed a knife and demanded money. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time of the robbery.

The suspect fled the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of money. He has not been located.

The suspect was described as 5’6”-5’7”, with a thin build, according to deputies. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled over his head, black sunglasses and black sweat pants.
