Second Violent Home Invasion Investigated

Man stabbed in the leg in a home invasion Tuesday.

Another home invasion this week ended in violence, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office says that deputies got a call at about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday from the victims, one of whom lived at the apartment on Enterprise Street in Sterling. They both told deputies that one black man and a white man forced their way into an apartment and robbed the couple of jewelry and some cash.

Both robbers were armed with knives and one of the victims was stabbed in his leg twice.  He was treated at the scene and declined to be transported to the hospital.

The black suspect was described as being about 5-feet 9-inches tall with a moustache. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a ski mask.


The white suspect  was heftier, but was the same length. He was wearing dark clothes and a ski mask.

Also on Tuesday, a Lovettsville woman was arrested in connection with another violent home invasion Tuesday. Two men were shot in this incident and one of the suspects shot had died.
