Stalking, Burglary, Destruction of Property Charges Follow Ashburn Incident

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has classified it as a domestic situation.

A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged after he attempted to enter a home on the 22700 block of Zulla Manor Place around 5 a.m. Jan. 12, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office is calling it a domestic incident.

Deputies responded to the scene after reports of a known person trying to the home. The suspect left before deputies arrived, but officers located him a short time later.

James C. Dunford, 19, of Ashburn, was charged with burglary, destruction of property and stalking.
