Stone Ridge Harris Teeter Robbed

LCSO investigators seek two armed and masked men in early morning incident.

Two armed, masked men walked into the Stone Ridge Harris Teeter near Chantilly early this morning and took money from cash registers, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The men entered the store around 2:20 a.m. July 17 and displayed firearms for employees present before pushing one to the ground, according to LCSO. The employee was not injured.

The two men then forced their way into two registers and took an undisclosed amount of money.

LCSO investigators released a still photo obtained from a video surveillance recording of the robbery. The photo is attached to this story.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspects is asked to contact Detective T. Sheffer of the LCSO’s Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
