Eleven suspects were indentified in the 2007 incident, which took place on the 21000 block of Lowry Park Terrace in the Ashburn Meadows apartment complex. A firearm was also discharged during that initial incident, according to the report.

Investigators believe Hernandez-Suaza left the area at least part of the time during the fours years he has been wanted. Then investigators learned he could be found in Hamilton. He was arrested at a home on the 30 block of Sydor Street in the small town west of Leesburg and charged with two counts of assault by mob and two counts of participating in a criminal act to benefit a gang.
