The Loudoun County Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure, with the architecture and engineering firm of Dewberry Architects, Inc., will host a community meeting and presentation for the design of the Courts Complex Phase III Expansion Project on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street SE in Leesburg.

Phase III of the Courts Expansion Project consists of the design and construction of a new 85,000-square foot Court facility, the interior renovation of existing Court facilities, and the construction of a new parking structure. The new parking structure for the Court campus will be located on the existing Pennington Parking Lot parcel.

During the presentation, representatives of Dewberry Architects, Inc. will offer multiple concept designs for the project and invite public input. Following the presentation, those concepts will be posted on the Loudoun County website at www.loudoun.gov/courts-expansion.  Questions or comments about the project are welcomed by the Loudoun County project team via email at courts-expansion@loudoun.gov.  For more information, please contact Melissa Tello at 703-737-8053 or melissa.tello@loudoun.gov.
