Loudoun County has scheduled an information session for homeowners associations to explain proposed regulations under consideration by the Board of Supervisors. The board has the option of adopting the state regulations, a requirement in many localities. It may also adopt an amended version. After county staff members explain how the regulations may impact homeowners associations and individual property owners, they will take questions.
The session may be viewed on Comcast Channel 23, Verizon FIOS Channel 40, Open Band Channel 40 or online at www.loudoun.gov/webcast. More information about the regulations under consideration can be found at the Web site listed below.
