Gas Station/Car Wash Use Approved at One Loudoun
The special exceptions permit a service station, car wash, convenience store and fuel pumps.
The Loudoun Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a gas station, service station, convenience store and car wash at the southwest corner of Russell Branch Parkway and Exchange Street in the One Loudoun Development.
The 3-acre parcel is centrally located within the development.
The approval permits a 24-hour convenience store, up to 16 fuel pumps and car wash; however, it alternately permits a stand-alone car wash and associated detailing business. No more than one car wash is permitted.
