Got Ideas to Help Make Loudoun Business-Friendly?

The county has requested suggestions from residents and business owners about ways to make the Loudoun Zoning Ordinance more receptive to business.

At the direction of the Loudoun Board of Supervisors, members of the county zoning staff, along with a stakeholders group made up of various business group representatives, plans to review regulations in the Revised 1993 Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance that have been, or are perceived as, deterrents to business development. Any with ideas or concerns is asked to contact the zoning staff by email at businesszoam@loudoun.gov or by calling 703-737-8050 and leaving a message.

Members of the public—including, but not limited to, business owners, commercial, industrial and trade association groups, realtors, brokers, property owners, financial institutions and developers—are invited to submit comments.

More information, including the board’s adopted workplan for the project, can be found online at www.loudoun.gov/businesszoam.
