Loudoun Cancellations and Delays from Weather
Many county facilities will open late because of ice, snow; transportation to Special Olympics canceled.

Because of the icy precipitation that has fallen, the following Loudoun County agencies are either canceling activities or delaying openings:
1) Transportation for the Adult Special Olympics event in Fairfax has been canceled. Participants should check with their coach as to whether the event will be held.
2) All Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) sports events held at Loudoun County Public Schools and/or PRCS facilities prior to 1 p.m. today are canceled. PRCS facilities will open at noon.
3) Loudoun County Public Library facilities and the Animal Shelter will open at noon.

4) The Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) Youth and Adult League basketball games scheduled at Loudoun County Public Schools sites this afternoon and this evening have been canceled.
