Time to Make Teams for the Eastern Loudoun Relay For Life

Relay For Life of Eastern Loudoun County Celebrating More Birthdays!

What is Relay For Life?

Relay for Life is an event that takes place worldwide. Money is raised by individuals to help save lives of cancer patients and to bring more awareness of the disease. During the event, survivors and caregivers are given the chance to celebrate overcoming obstacles from their journey. Relay for Life is also a time to look back and remember the individuals that have lost their battle to cancer. Last, but not least, it gives everyone the drive to fight back and do their part to help find a cure. This event allows the community to come together and enjoy a night filled with fun and entertainment for all ages.

Come join the Eastern Loudoun Relay For Life on May 18-19th at the AOL Campus.

I am the Chair for the Eastern Loudoun Relay and I want to thank everyone who came out and supported our event last year. The activities and entertainment were off the charts and the luminaria ceremony was emotional and beautiful. I hope that the community will come out and support us again this year. If you aren't sure what Relay is...just come out and stop by and check out the event for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I challenge the businesses in the area to put a team together (a great way to advertise) and join the community in the fight to cure cancer and celebrate more birthdays.
