"The Battle of Fredericksburg" has been chosen as the topic for the 13th Annual Conference on the Art of Command in the Civil War, scheduled at the Middleburg Community Center. Authors of historians of national recognition plan to attend the conference, which will offer lectures, panel discussions, book signings and an all-day bus tour of the Fredericksburg Battlefield. Full registration includes all activities, a Friday reception, Saturday meals and lunch on Sunday.
