Google Loudoun: Using Google to Enhance Your Marketing - November 18, 2011

Today, your potential customers can take a virtual walk around Loudoun County using Google Map’s Street View and then browse the websites of shops and other tourism attractions found on their stroll via Google’s directory of local businesses. Your tasks are to convince these potential customers that your business is worth being added to their tourism agenda and to engage them in memorable experiences with your brand when they visit. Ray Sidney-Smith, a web technology consultant, self-proclaimed Google geek and President of W3 Consulting, will help you leverage Google to find and convert travelers to your Loudoun County destination. He’ll cover:

  • Google’s ability to highlight your local business within the Google Search platform
  • How you can take advantage of Google’s features and benefits
  • What Google has in store for you in the near future so you can better capitalize on this "up and coming" technology

Presenter:   Ray Sidney-Smith – President, W3 Consulting, Inc.
