Patowmack Farm Cooking Class: Pairing Local Wines
Enjoy Chef’s favorite wines, paired with a variety of our regional favorites such as Surryano ham, Cherry Glen goat cheese, Hedgeapple Farm beef, and our neighbor’s amazing Bartlett pears. Classes include recipes, sample tastings, and a glass of wine. We are able to accommodate up to 12 participants. Classes fill quickly; register early to avoid disappointment.
