Loudoun County Public Schools last week announced that the dates for graduation ceremonies, speakers and after-graduation celebrations for the county’s 18 public high schools and programs.

Academy of Science

Date: June 4
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Location: Loudoun County Public Schools Administrative Offices
Speaker: Liz Asai, a 2009 Academy of Science graduate and a graduate of Yale University will speak about her college career.

Adult Education

Date: June 5
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Stone Bridge High School
Speaker: Wendi Manuel-Scott is director of African and African-American Studies and an associate professor of history and art history. She holds a doctorate in history from Howard University and teaches both graduate and undergraduate students in a wide range of topics in Caribbean, modern African Diaspora and African-American history.
