Want to run faster or improve your fitness?  Join us on Thursday nights at the Stone Bridge High School track for intervals (speed work).  Workouts vary from week to week and range in distance from 400 - 1600 meter repeats.  You decide how many repeats to do based on your fitness level and goals.  A coach or mentor will always be there to give you recommendations.
