Briar Woods HS vs Broad Run HS Varsity Lacrosse

There will be a bake sale fundraiser at Briar Woods Lacrosse game next Wednesday on March 21st against Broad Run High School. This fundraiser will be for our Ashburn resident Ryan Diviney who was brutally beaten while attending college in WV and has since been in a coma. The family has been left with the daily financial burden of caring for Ryan at home. The International Brain Research Foundation is advocating a new therapy bike that will help Ryan build muscle and bone density, gives a cardio-vascular workout, and provides electrical stimulation that trains the brain to work with the muscles. The funds we raise at this lacrosse game can go to help Ryan with his physical therapy.

We did this same fundraiser for Ryan at last year's "Battle of Ashburn" game which was a HUGE success, we are hoping to beat that amount this year. So if you could spread the word to your neighbors to come out to watch a great lacrosse game and buy some treats, or just make a much needed donation.  The friends and family of Ryan Diviney would greatly appreciate it.
