Beginners Bootcamp class offered for those individuals who are beginning or not exercising on a regular basis. Classes consist of warm-up, light exercise, cardiovascular, stretch/cool down. You will feel the difference after only a few classes and you will want to keep coming back for more classes.
The best part is the cost per class is $10.00 for pre-pay and $15.00 for drop-in and the first class is complimentary. Try it out with no financial risk.
Bring a towel, yoga mat, and water. If you don't own a yoga mat, we provide a mat to use during the class.
