Loudoun Hounds FanFest

On February 13, 2011, at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, the Hounds will throw a party for all Hounds fans. Maybe not a party, exactly. More like a festival, a fest, for our fans.

We’re making arrangements for the first annual Loudoun Hounds FanFest, and it’ll be quite the shindig. Picture a bustling, carnival-like atmosphere spread over a large area. Big league baseball’s stars of yesteryear dot the room, distributing autog...raphs and chatting up appreciative fans and their kids, all decked in Hounds gear.

Your kids eagerly slap five with the Hounds’ newborn mascot, going public for the first time ever in his life-size, walking version. You snap a photo for the next Christmas card, then the kids get one of his very first paw-tographs.

A scan of the room shows a series of busy booths featuring the wares of our Loudoun-based business partners. Another booth overflows with the Hounds gear being sold, and the one next to it offers info on Hounds suites and season tickets. Stare for a while at the digital video that flies you around and through our new ballpark. Munch on some buttered popcorn – just like you’ll be doing at the ballgame soon enough.

More information on Hounds FanFest 2011 is forthcoming. Be the first to learn all the Hounds’ news by connecting with us on Twitter and Facebook. Get involved or get more info via events@loudounhounds.com.
