Former Bulldogs Sidelined with Foot Injuries at Tech

Gouveia-Winslow out for the season with sprain, while Wang recovers from foot broken last month.

Two former Stone Bridge football players are currently sidelined at Virginia Tech, where they now play, according to reports from the Washington Post and Hokie Sports.

The Hokies lost defensive tackle David Wang last month for eight to ten weeks to a broken foot, according to a previous story by the Post.

Outside linebacker Jeron Gouveia-Winslow suffered a Lisfranc sprain against Miami and will miss the rest of the season. He is expected to undergo surgery for the injury next week, according to a report from hokiesports.com. The Washington Post also reported on the injury.
