Pink Fever Strikes in Ashburn Friday as Huskies Visit Spartans

Broad Run DECA's annual breast cancer awareness campaign reaches its grand finale Friday.

UPDATE: Game moved to 6:30p.m. Monday

Reports of Pink Fever have been spreading across Ashburn and will come to a head tonight, Oct. 11, at Broad Run High School.

Each year, the school’s DECA students plan a Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, and this year its “Pink Fever.” The campaign culminates tonight with a Spartan home football game against the Tuscarora Huskies starting at 7 p.m.

Supporters are encouraged to wear “Pink Fever” neon pink T-shirts that have been on sale throughout the week and that will be available at the football game. Raffle tickets, baked goods, cotton candy, and much more will be available for sale with all proceeds and donations going to the Loudoun Breast Health Network.
