In 2011, I was all over Patch in the DC-area posting my "Frugal Family" column/blog, noting a handful of local deals in each Patch.
In 2012 and 2013, I've kind of disappeared from Patch to focus on my website and social media platforms.
I miss Patch.
Maybe Patch misses me too. While Patch has just about everything a guy or gal could need to keep up locally, something seems to be missing. Yep, there's just not a lot of talk on Patch these days about finding deals around Ashburn.

*Starbucks offers a (very comfortable) plastic cup for $1 so you don't have to continue to toss paper cups in the landfills. And you get a 10 cent discount on refills.
