Comedy Acts Bringing Laughs To Franklin Park This Weekend

Last Ham Standing and the Capitol Steps will be in Purcellville for shows Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Need a laugh? Who doesn’t after Election Day?

Chase that laughter down this weekend at the Franklin Park Performing and Visual Arts Center, 36441 Blueridge View Lane, in Purcellville.

  • Last Ham Standing is set to perform at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, offering improvisation, games and plenty of interaction with the audience. Admission costs $12 for adults, $10 for students and $8 for children.
  • The Capitol Step will take the stage for two shows – at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. – Saturday, Nov. 9, offering politically charged humor. Admission costs $45 for the group that has performed since 1981 and been featured on network television and PBS.
