Plump Pumpkin Fun. The Great Country Farms’ Pumpkin Fall Harvest Festival is in full swing this weekend with a pumpkin carving event Saturday and a dog costume contest on Sunday. $10 for children, $12 for adults, and under 2 are free. Ongoing. Great Country Farms, 18780 Foggy Bottom Rd, Bluemont.

Live Music (Lots of It).  The Downtown Leesburg Musicfest this weekend includes a long list of performers at a dozen venues. Genres include Rock, Bluegrass, Alternative, Jazz, Hip Hop, Country and more. Free. Noon to 10 p.m. Downtown Leesburg.

Rummage Tradition. The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital hosts the 75th Annual Ladies Board Rummage Sale. Proceeds benefit Ladies Board projects and nursing scholarships. Free. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Morven Park, 41793 Tutt Lane, Leesburg.

Pumpkinville Fall Festival. The Leesburg Animal Park has more than a dozen large, sculpted dinosaurs for the popular fall event. Other new attractions include a Spider Web Crawl, a 20-foot inflatable tree house slide, a huge pumpkin bounce and a kid’s cornstalk maze.
