All American Steakhouse in Broadlands Center Plaza features one of the largest sports bars in the area, a sports theater with 12 large projection screens and a variety of beers on tap. The restaurant features an in-house butcher who procures, ages and trims all of the beef to ensure the steaks are always to their exacting specifications. The large selection of appetizers varies from standard bar fare (wings, nachos) to more exotic offerings (blackened ahi tuna). In addition to the signature steaks a selection of salads, sandwiches, seafood and pasta are also on the menu.
The food is good for a sports joint. Don't let the name or the steaks in the window fool you, it's not a steakhouse by any means. It's comparable to a steak out Outback or Ruby Tuesday....not Ruths Chris or Mortons.
The bar is where it's at, good drink specials, huge TV's for the game and overall good atmosphere. Again, the food is good, but not it 5 star quality.
Great place for your standard "bar food" wings, mozzarella sticks, etc. But I found the steaks to be prohibitively expensive and the other entrees as well (even the kids menu) to be a bit more than I’d expect in a Sport Bar. The quality of the meal was “good” but nothing to write home about. There are alternatives in the area of similar quality and lower prices.
