I will qualify this review by stating that I am a transplanted NYer. The service is quick and friendly, however these are not even close to what a bagel should taste like. They are shaped like a bagel but taste more like bread.

They make fantastic breakfast sandwiches. I'm a fan of the bacon-egg-cheese on sesame. They are typically busy on Sat/Sun mornings, but they are pretty efficient.
As a nice little plus, if you bring your kids on their birthdays, they get a free cookie. :)

I'd have to agree with Lisa on this one -- also being a transplant to Virginia. The people arenice, but the bagels have room for improvement.
