We went to CAP in Herndon and they were AWESOME. When we moved to Ashburn, we naturally transferred to the Ashburn branch. It was a nightmare. The first time, the receptionist ignored me at the front desk and the male nurse told my 5 yr old son to quit whining and take the shot like a man because he had other patients waiting. The second time, the receptionist was rude again. The third time, the receptionist was fine, but the doctor treated my 7 yr old with little to no respect. She said he was fine and didn't even check his throat or ears. For what she did, I could have used the kids' plastic doctor kit from home. Needless to say, we don't go there anymore. Should have left after first visit.

Oh my goodness BECAREFUL from this Pediatrics, if you love your kids don't go there, the doctors are horrible
Seems to be a trend here. The doctors are great, the nurses are ok but the office and phone staff are horrible, rude and out right miserable. Had we known this before starting to take our daughter here, we never would have started. The whole no advance appointment thing, REALLY!!! its a disgrace..
The office staff is abysmal and this includes nurses as well. The only reason we continue to go here is for one doctor, who we must fight tooth and nail with the office staff to get in to see. Today, I was they do not make appointments in advance with doctors but to call back on a different day when that doctor was working. They also, tried to talk me out of getting my children a Lyme test even thought they have never seen my child have no history. They act like they are superior to all patients - when they are just rude employees.
This is the WORST doctor's office I've been to!!! The doctors are nice but the receptionist are so disrespectful & rude to patients. It's a shame that the children witnessand sees these ignorant women. I'm really considering transfering to another practice. I will warn everyone that I know not to go there.
Apologies ~ KIM AND PAT (mostly Kim) ARE THE TWO IGNORANT ONES (not Pam), the nurse apologized and said that Pam, the office manager, had received multiple other complaints about them. Then again, I guess she is just as guilty if she knows their behavior AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT.

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD ~ because before you can see the wonderful doctors employed here, you have to deal with a complete ignorant and RUDE front desk staff. Kim will not only lose your records, but insult you while she doesn't know how to do her job and even tell you to "do it yourself." Kim is extremely rude and her office partner, Pam, will simply sit there and watch you get treated like crap by her.
Worst service I've ever paid for. The receptionists are typically rude with few exceptions. They will ignore you and then tell you to enter your info on the stupid computer. I've got a sick kid in my arms and they want me to self-check out like its a grocery store? The nurse is a battleaxe with a chip on her shoulder. The "doctors" are uncaring and dismissive. and don't read the charts that the nurse filled out anyway. My best description of this place is a "puppy mill". Take your kid and run.
