I finally went to a dentist as I had tooth pain. They got me in right away and took care of that tooth. I had no pain. No pain folks. That is great.

Finally I found my dentist. I moved recently from Texas and was looking for a dentist. I had purchased the groupon promotion for exam and cleaning. Dr Sundaram exceeded my expectation and gave me cool glasses to wear and made me feel very comfortable. The office staff are very friendly too.

Called 3 hours before my whitening appt. Didn't get a product shipment and needed to reschedule. Blamed the delay on Ups/holidays.

- They require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Yet, they don't hold themselves to the same standards. They could have checked the shipping status yesterday and informed me then. Calling me the morning of my appt after I had already rearranged my schedule is very bad customer service.

- UPS/FedEx triple their staff over the holidays. If anything, their shipments arrive closer to schedule than regularly. These are excuses they expect us to buy?

- If you're going to launch a groupon promotion, a company who knows what they're doing pre orders product in advance to anticipate demand. They have run this promotion before.

- Basically, customers here are treated like credit card numbers. They didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience this caused me. We have a dental hygienist in the family and I know that this office has enough product in samples or whatever laying around in a back room or in a closet at the dentists home. If Obama wanted his teeth whitened, I'm sure they would find the product to perform the service. They know other dentists where they could borrow product. I want to be treated like my business matters, not like they could care less.

They just don't care. That's what you'll get if you give them your business. Is saving a few bucks worth it? They are only lining their own pockets. It's not a win-win situation.

Professional...friendly...helpful...knowledgeable...I have had some good dentists, OK dentists and poor dentists, but Dr. Sundaram is excellent! Explains everything, is incredibly friendly and really goes out of her way to make sure you understand procedures and that you are comfortable. I had to have a lot of work done (I knew it, but had put it off) and I am really lucky I picked Greenway Smiles...

I really enjoyed coming in for dental care here. The dentist was very sincere and very friendly. She is very gentle and provided me with answers to all my questions. I really look forward to seeing them again. The entire staff is very welcoming and frinendly!
