Terrible / Horrible experience!!!!

We had bought a Certifidkid Jabberu coupon @ $350 for the Winter / Spring 2011 - 17 week - 1 hour 20 min classes. But due to un-forseen reasons (we did not see it coming! It can happen to anyone.) we could not have our 5 year old attend the classes. We asked Jabberu for a refund and were instead offered, in exchange, a 10 week Summer classes. How does 17 week classes exchange to a 10 week classes sound fair?? !! They had the 10 week summer class last year (2010) at $150!! So they were going to just take the additional $200 from us !!!!

We explained that we made a mistake in buying the Certifikid coupon & enrolling our daughter but HAVE to back out now becoz of a very valid personal reason and they won't respond to us anymore!

We are definitely the kind who would enroll our kids in foreign language classes in the future. But after this frustrating experience, whenever we are ready, it will DEFINITELY NOT be at Jabberu!!!!!!!!!!
