Took my car in for what I thought was a simple flat tire repair. Ha. turns out the rim was gouged, and the manager thought it couldn't take a new tire due to the damage. They don't sell new rims - he was not trying to upsell me. He referred me to the dealer. I asked him to try, and he said they would do their best.
When he called me 2 hours later to tell me they had fixed it, early, and under budget, I was very impressed. I was half-waiting for the "bad news", but there was none.
I tend to comparison shop, and use coupons, for everything out of fear that I am getting ripped off. I will be coming here for any auto repair needs, without fear, and without wasting my time in the future.
not sure about the courtesy shuttle service, seems a bit iffy, but if you come here for car repair first and foremost, I believe you are in good shape.

Merchant's Tire is famous for upselling and doing poor work, but the Ashburn Team are the worst. Twice, just needed to balance and mount tires on my pickup about two weeks apart. After all 4 were on the truck it was shaking big time...took it to my regular mechanic in Leesburg and he said tires were way out of balance and fixed it...perfect. Went back to speak with Manager, but no one could find him or knew where he went. Worst part though was watching the sales guy out front trying to scare a woman into getting brakes (all 4 wheels)...he was relentless, telling her it would be really dangerous and since she used the car for business (delivery of some type) it could ruin her business, she could get really hurt...and followed her all the way out to her car scammin' her the whole time!
