Since its opening in June, 2010, Sport & Health has begun establishing itself as the premier fitness destination in the Brambleton area.  The facility includes weight machines, free-weights, two  pools, a kids area, exercise studios, basketball courts and much more.  Personal trainers are available, as are certified massage specialists.  Equipment and classes for kids are provided as well.
