I just tell the truth. If you're not happy with my review, then go right the wrongs I mentioned.

Also... Does GOLD'S GYM need my promotion? Last time I checked, they have been open since 1965 with over 3,000,000 members at over 700 locations in 36 United States and 30 different countries. Not to mention the fact that, as per your logic, I am also "promoting" LA FITNESS and LIFETIME (also fantastic facilities with HUNDREDS of locations around the US, respectively).

Jack... you sound bitter... I'm sure you can find a better way to promote Gold's without slamming this gym. Grow up!

This is a terrible gym in a terrible location. It doesn't have any of the programs or equipment the owner promised they would have. All they have are some really old/faulty weights and machines in disrepair that have been there for more than a decade. Their cardio equipment is old/outdated and much of it is broken. The owner is almost always on site and is extremely disingenuous. He will tell you whatever you want to hear (lie), only to turn around and do the opposite. He also has trainers that talk more than they train and teach improper form(s) to clients. Why go here when there are two state-of-the-art Gold's Gyms within 5 miles (in either direction), an LA Fitness about 4 miles away, and a Lifetime about 7 miles away? All of the other places have brand new, top-of-the-line everything; smoothie bars, pools, saunas, rock walls, punching bags, and anything else you could want in a gym or fitness facility!
