We should no longer impose or enforce laws against crimes. According to virtually all data…Read More collected, from almost every nation on earth, throughout all eras of history, blacks simply commit more crime. To impose and enforce laws of civilization is thus inherently racist. The only solution is to go with feudal anarchy as exist is much of Africa and today. Without enforcing laws or testing school children we can progressively proclaim that we are all equal without pesky scientific data annoyingly demonstrating otherwise.

You don't know if she was Psycho you moron. All things point to her acting out of character and…Read More having an episode of some type. The cops killed a mother of two when they had other options (boxes, shopping carts, batons, etc..). She wasn't a young strong male with a gun and maybe a bomb, she was a 98 lb Filipino housewife.

It's very apparent the woman was in mental distress. She needed help. Not being shot to death. :(

The officer should be placed on administrative leave and a thorough investigation should take place.…Read More This is a very sad day in Loudoun County. It is time for Loudoun County to STOP acting as a small rural town and operate as an educated, responsible, normal metropolitan suburb that it has become in the last twenty years.it wouldn't hurt to elect a Board of Supervisors that is not a set of retired old men who need something to occupy their minds. They should truly retire and go fishing or something. We need new leaders for a rapidly changing community!
Concerned Me June 1, 2013 at 01:46 pm
LaLa I really have to agree. However, knowing the history of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office…Read More nothing is going to happen. It will be swept under the rug, business as usual. LCSO is never held accountable, never. Look back in the records. Disgusting, just disgusting! I pray the woman's family doesn't let this rest. Prayers to the families.
Common Sense June 17, 2013 at 03:23 pm
Imagine this: The woman was from the Philippines and her English was not so great in some ways. She…Read More was animated with her hands when she spoke. Her manager gave her the wrong samples to serve and she was trying to convey that but the manager either didn't care or did not understand. After becoming frustrated trying to communicate, the police were called for a "disturbance." Upon arrival, the woman was still holding a pizza wheel and a pair of kitchen cutters (scissors) for cutting samples into small pieces. (Because that was her job.) The police, hyped up, start yelling at the woman who steps forward to explain the circumstances, and gestures with her hands which still hold the kitchen tools. The officer attempts to use the TASER, but does not operate it properly. Without further attempts to de-escalate the situation, the officers immediately opt for deadly force. The woman is then shot....due to a long series of mistakes and poor assessment of the situation.
Not far from reality is it? But the spin has to be placed in order to cover those errors that the manager, the police and the media made. Was the woman blameless? Did the police un-necessarily shoot her? You can be sure there probably is a cover up going on...even a fool can read between the lines and see what is missing from the whole picture.
Concerned Me June 17, 2013 at 04:07 pm
Common Sense I think you have accurately stated what happened. And I agree that a COVER-UP is taking…Read More place. Business as usual in Loudoun County. I wonder if we will ever hear the outcome of the 'SO CALLED' investigation. Probably not.
Maybe it's time WE bombard the press on all levels for answers. I'm starting now! People need to react for the victims family and friends.

Has there been any new statement, information, video or similar been released by the Sheriff's…Read More Department meanwhile? If so, let me know. They silenced the woman but there is also big SILENCE from the media, town officials, politicians. I think we all should call the Sheriff's office and ask how the detailled and unbiased investigation is going.

If "slamming on his brakes" resulted in a collision, the other car was following too…Read More close. You don't go any faster by following closely. It doesn't matter if you are late, or just want to drive fast, leave enough space. It doesn't matter why, if you run into the back of the car in front of you, you need to learn the basics of how to drive or you need to stop driving. Driving is dangerous. Leave it to people who know how to do it.

It is terrifying to me that people feel it is okay to use their cars as weapons to express their…Read More pent up rage at the world. I pity the poor soul who crosses paths with a driver who is on the barely on the edge of being in control of themselves. It is one thing to be annoyed with the poor driving of another person. It is a whole other thing to go after them in an unbridled rage. Perhaps the DMV needs to offer anger management counseling for drivers who are ticketed with aggressive driving. Driving is not the right venue for working out one's deep seated anger.

The bomb in Boston just happen so they were just being careful for our safety, now calm down because…Read More if that was a bomb then what would happen? innocent people would be dead. now stop over reacting.

I agree. Information needs to be visible and available in hospitals, churches, grocery stores,…Read More doctors' offices; mentioned on public media and available but to botha middle andof high schools.
If just 1 person sees the information or can tell 1
person about the Safe Haven program hopefully no one will ever again find a newborn child floating in
a pond or abandoned again.
