Supervisors will also consider organizational matters, including the election of the board’s vice chairman

No Toll Increase

3:15 pm on Thursday, January 10, 2013

So, Buona and Williams are outraged by TRIP II's 3.54% toll increase, but look the other way as MWAA voted to raise tolls 55% over the next 12 months for the rail project they both supported? It's time to say NO to MWAA. If they are going to raise tolls, have them do it on the Dulles Access Rd, not the Dulles Toll Rd. Rep. Wolf supports the idea, lets see some action on it. Ashburn Village HOA Election Tonight

Seven candidates vie for four seats, disagree about pavilion plans

Many times, community or homeowners associations struggle simply to find candidates to run for the board of directors, generally baiting just enough to fill the slots up for election. Seven candidates seek four seats up for election. The slate includes four incumbents, one of whom has allied with three newcomers. The divide essentially involves the extent of planned improvements to the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, but other related issues have surfaced: claims of a lack of transparency, questions about the …
