The charges came after alleged incident Tuesday at Broad Run High School.
An Ashburn teen was arrested Wednesday and faces charges of aggravated sexual battery and abduction with the intent to defile after a Tuesday incident at Broad Run High School, according to information just released from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The 15-year-old suspect’s name has not been released because he is a juvenile. The teenager, a student at the school, allegedly grabbed a female student around 4 p.m. March 12 and pulled her into an empty hallway against her will, according to the report. The victim was able to escape and flee. The 257th Army Band, The Band of the Nation's Capital, will perform a holiday concert at Broad Run High School at 7:30 p.m. Saturday Dec. 8.
