Woofie’s Pays Visit to Golden Pond
Students learn about pet care from local business that offers mobile grooming services.
Woofie’s Mobile Pet Spa recently paid a visit to the Butterfly Class at Golden Pond School, a class of inquisitive 4-year-olds now studying pets and pet care. One student’s pet receives Woofie’s services, so her mother thought a visit from the mobile pet grooming services would make a fun lesson for the class. Students toured the Woofie’s van and watched as employees gave Stella, one student’s pet Maltese, a haircut, “nail” treatment and bath. Master groomer Libby Moran answered questions for the children about providing the best care for their pets.
