You are asserting things that the LCSO has not confirmed. There are people critical of the boy and people critical of the shooter who've had their comments deleted.

I think it's fine to mention their drinking. But until the medical examiner comes back with his report, that's as much as can be said. As I said, that was the only statement that caused the deletion.

No one has been charged at this point. The investigators working with prosecutors to determine IF charges should be filed. They may decide not to file charges.
