Kona Gallagher, Neighbor

Although she’s only worked in the real estate industry for the past few years, Kona is an amazing addition to the CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty team, bringing over a decade of marketing and writing experience to her role as Director of Marketing Content. A graduate of James Madison University, Kona has done everything from running cameras for a local news station, to writing commercials, to reporting and even substitute teaching in middle and high schools.

Now, you'll find Kona at the heart of all of our marketing content, providing expert guidance and a critical eye to make sure our company, our agents, and our clients are all represented in their best light. When she's not wrangling words or creating content, you could find Kona, a former roller derby player, throwing on her skates and cruising down the W&OD trail. (You can also see her acting as an announcer at many of NOVA Roller Derby’s bouts.) When she’s not doing that, Kona spends her free time binging on Netflix shows, running, or just running around with some combination of her three kids, two dogs and husband.
