Liquor Heists Land Three From DC in Loudoun Jail

All three suspects face larceny and conspiracy charges after ABC robberies.

Three Washington, D.C., residents face charges following robberies at Virginia ABC stores in Ashburn and Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The first incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. Jan. 17 when two men entered the ABC store on the 46900 block of Cedar Lake Plaza and took alcohol without paying for it.

Then, shortly after 5 p.m. the same day, at least several people entered the ABC store at Ashbrook Commons in Ashburn Village. The incident was listed as a larceny.

A vehicle description was given and a deputy spotted it in the area. After a traffic stop, Aaron J. Fulmore, 20, Latonya T. Vaughter, 26, and Jovaun A. Vaughter, 27, all of Washington, D.C., were charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny. In addition, deputies charged Fulmore with one count and both Vaughters with two counts each of larceny. One of the Vaughters faces another charge of larceny for a Jan. 8 incident.
